These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from ado ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products. Our products are cosmetic skincare designed for ages 7–17. Product descriptions list key ingredients; please check them before use if you have known sensitivities, and stop using any product that causes irritation. Purchases for minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
2. Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we do, we'll refund any amount paid.
3. Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We don't store your full card details.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
5. Privacy. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and packaging designs, belongs to ado and may not be copied or used without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
